Celebrations and major joint marches will be held in Baghdad on the 21st of the current month between us and the Arab Socialist Ba'ath Party and other national forces on the occasion of Newroz and Peace Day. Each branch is requested to send no less than one hundred people to Baghdad with banners and slogans, provided they arrive there before 3/20 of the current month and contact our delegation there, which is currently staying at the Baghdad Hotel. Please implement the content of this telegram as soon as possible. Inform us.
