Original
On 6/13, the artillery of the Fifth Division shelled towards the Zangana and Kahula villages in the Qara Hassan area under the pretext of training and routine maneuvers, and this area has not previously been used as a training and maneuver area for the army, which led to these villages being abandoned by their safe inhabitants. This provocative act is clear evidence that those responsible for it are calling for evil, strife, and sabotage. We reiterate our previous requests to find a decisive solution to the problem of Muhammad Nuri Khalil. It has been confirmed to us through his actions that he is an enemy of the Iraqi people in general and the government in particular. If the situation is not addressed by your excellencies, we are not responsible for the consequences that will result from his actions. Please inform us. We request the High Committee to express the telegram, and thank you.
