The authorities informed us of the following: On 13/7, the first policeman driver, Ahmed Marouf, from the personnel of the Erbil Rescue Police, fled to your group in Bestana, taking with him the rescue vehicle numbered 2219, a Chevrolet pickup, and its wireless device. The vehicle was seen in (Merawa) on the evening of 18/9. We request that you instruct your group to return the aforementioned person, his vehicle, and the wireless device installed on it. Inform us.
