In the name of our Central Committee and our party comrades, and in the name of all the masses of our Kurdish people in Syria, we congratulate you, ourselves, and our people in general on the occasion of the issuance of the March 11 statement, which includes the recognition of the rights of the Kurdish people within a democratic Iraqi republic. We have nothing to do but stand with all reverence behind your wise leadership, just as we stand with bowed heads before the legions of martyrs who offered their blood... for the sake of this people and the country.
