The following is the reply telegram of Safin 97 on 3/5 to our telegram 148 on 3/4 regarding the handing over of the soldier's rifle that they took from him while he was descending from Safin to Shaqlawa. It begins. The soldier was on his way to the outpost with some horsemen, and the same horsemen who accompanied him disarmed him, and the soldier confessed this in front of his unit commander. On 3/3, a detachment went out from Shaqlawa and (3) Peshmerga were seen working in the orchards in the village of Spi Gari. They fired at them; two of them escaped, and the third, named Jabbar Othman, was arrested with his rifle and a 9mm Browning pistol, and he is now detained in Division 1. We hope for your order to release the detainee and inform us, thank you.
