Your telegram 446 on 4/27. After investigation, it became clear to us that Sheikh Abdulrahman Talabani prevented the farmers from planting their lands in the village of Suta Guli Karki and asked the farmers not to return to their villages, contrary to the attempts of the sincere ones to restore natural water. Our group was forced to warn the aforementioned and prevent him from engaging in such actions.
