Your telegram 227 on 7/30, there is competition in the first battle between the heads of the B1 Shwan branches and the battalion commander. In B2, the Rizgari force is between Haji Sheikh Qadir and Kak Sergeant Darwish. The force commander wants to gather the entire force in Sargalu and the Surdash Valley; the battalions are not happy with this. According to the decision of the Rizgari force commander, the entire B1 Shwan force returned to Surdash. Also, the Kawa force returned according to the decision and telegram of the Rizgari force commander number 738 on 7/30. Sergeant Darwish is going with the force to Jasna urgently. Our area is being emptied; only about 100 Peshmerga of the Erbil Plain force will remain. So, send an official to form a force for an attack; it is very easy. The situation of the Jash is bad; only Amin is left for us to work on. The B2 Safin force is near Koya, Taq Taq, and the Khalkan Valley. If Sergeant Darwish leaves, the border of the 1st Shwan battalion from Qashquli to Taq Taq will be empty; no Peshmerga will remain there, opposite the Haji Qala area.
