Martyr Feqe Mela Wiso Osman was born in 1952 in Girtig village, in the Balakayetî area belonging to Erbil province. He was a villager, engaged in farming, and had a family.
In 1969, he established contact with the September Revolution and became a Peshmerga in the Hemed Emin Reshke Force, which had been tasked with guarding the Political Bureau. In 1974, he was martyred near Bersirin village due to bombing by the warplanes of the Ba'ath regime.
