Martyr Jabar Kakakhan Alakarim, known by the names Jabar Hamakhan and Jabar-i Rash, was born in 1963 in the village of Memanawa, which is under the Nalparez sub-district of the Penjwen district. He was a villager and engaged in farming. He completed his primary education in the village of Parezan and went to the Said Sadiq district to continue his secondary education.

At the beginning of his secondary education in Said Sadiq, he established contact with the organizations of the Surên organization in the Derbendikhan District Committee, which was under the Fourth Branch of the Kurdistan Democratic Party, where at that time Sabir-i Alakarim was the head of the Surên organization.

Because Jabar carried out several activities, he was exposed in a short time, and for that reason, in 1979, he went to the mountains and became a Peshmerga in the Martyr Abubakr Bani Binoki battalion, which was under the Surên force of the Derbendikhan District Committee.

He participated in the battles of Rezle and Parezan in 1981, the battle of the Surên mountain ridge, the Qaradagh battle, the Gulan battle, and the partisan activities in the Sharazur plain.

On July 15, 1982, Jabar and five of his comrades, between the villages of Newe and Kaneskani in the Khurmal district, fell into an ambush and a mined area with booby traps, and at the same time, a military attack by the Ba'ath regime. At first, a mine exploded under one of his comrades named Kamal, and he was wounded, and with this, they were exposed and were fired upon, and Jabar was hit by several bullets and was martyred. Also, he himself, his brother Hasan, and Kamal were wounded again, but they managed to save themselves while wounded.
