Martyr Muhammad Hasan Hamed Amin Ali was born in 1943 in Malakan village, belonging to Khalifan district (now) in Erbil Governorate. He was illiterate and married.
In 1991, after the Kurdish people's uprising, he joined the ranks of the Kurdistan Democratic Party. In 1995, he became a Peshmerga in the Zrar Malaki Battalion, subordinate to the 5th Army at Spilk, and took part in the battles of the Soran area. On 27 August 1995, he was martyred in the civil war at Kapki Hama Agha (Bani Harir Mountain).
