Shno Rasul Ahmad was born on 8 March 1974 in the city of Qaladze in Sulaymaniyah Governorate. He was martyred on 24 April 1974 when Iraqi Army aircraft bombed the city of Qaladze. He was buried in the cemetery at the city's entrance in Qaladze.
