Suleiman Ahmed Ismail Omar Dolmari was born in Year 1953 in the village of Khara, belonging to the Mergasor district in Erbil Governorate. He joined the Peshmerga forces of the Aylul Revolution in the prime of his youth in Year 1967 at the age of 14 with Adhir Dolmari and served in the ranks of the Peshmerga for three years in Dilman.

He was transferred from Dilman to Qasre and participated there in a course on using Dushka weapons after the signing of the March 11 agreement in Year 1970. When the Iraqi regime began its war against the Aylul Revolution in Year 1974, he was with Omar Agha Dolmari working as a gunner for the revolution's Dushka weapon, where he defended the land of Kurdistan with all courage.

He took refuge in Iran after the setback of the Aylul Revolution in Year 1975. Initially, he resided in the city of Naqadeh, then moved to the Zeweh complex where he resided. Then, he was transferred by the Iranian government to the Jahrom complex, and after two years, he was sent to the city of Lahijan. After staying for two years in Lahijan, he headed, at his request, to the city of Qazvin, where his brother lives.

In Year 1979, when the monarchy collapsed in Iran, Suleiman Ahmed and his brother Rashid joined the ranks of the revolution again and returned to southern Kurdistan as a detachment to carry out military operations against the Iraqi regime. In the same year, his brother Rashid was martyred in a clash with the Iraqi Army on a hill in the Diana district.

In Year 1980, he headed with Idris Barzani and Sheikh Muhammad Khalid from Zeweh to the Barazgar plain in the Sidakan district. After the end of the trip and visiting the Barzan Peshmerga forces in the area, he returned to the Zeweh complex. In the same year, after returning from the village of Razhan in eastern Kurdistan, he participated in a course on using the 57mm cannon. After finishing the course, he headed to southern Kurdistan with Adhir Dolmari and carried out several operations against the positions of the Iraqi Army in Kori Komi, the Lailok bridge, and the Sarki strait in the Mergasor area. In the same year, he participated in the Great Mergasor Battle led by Ahmed Saeed Spindari.

In Year 1988, he participated in the Qabr Zahir battle, the Khwakurk epic in the border triangle of eastern, southern, and northern Kurdistan. He returned to eastern Kurdistan after the Anfal attacks and the chemical attacks launched by the Iraqi government against civilians in Kurdistan.

He returned after the uprising of the people of Kurdistan in Year 1991 and settled in the village of Sheikhani in the Mergasor area. In Year 1994, he was appointed deputy of the 100th forces of the Barzan Army. He was wounded four times in battles defending the land of Kurdistan: in the Wadi Sor battle in the Dolmari area in Year 1980, in the Sbelek battle in Year 1995, in the Komsapan battle in Year 1996, and finally in the Shakrok battle in Year 1997.
